In the 2024 general election voting declined among Hispanic and low-income voters in the Colorado 3rd Congressional District, including Pueblo County. Dr Eddie Lucero, CSU-Pueblo Professor of Political Science and Director of the Southern Colorado Center for Politics and Public Affairs will be our guest speaker and address the decline and possible targeted outreach and engagement strategies that are needed to address falling voter turnout.
